Sometimes see what your feet see. It's a warm sunny day. The light filters through the trees. You are walking with a coffee in hand. Perhaps it's on the way to work or on a lunch break, or maybe even a day off. You see your feet, one in front of the other. You notice how the light filters through the trees and the colors around bounce on the surface under your feet. The texture, the patterns are moving by like a giant scroll rolling past your feet. Unlike the constant black under your feet on a treadmill. Life can be a treadmill but if we take the time to look at things differently we can discover new and interesting things and appreciate what our eyes can discover.
